I am quite intimidated when I think about all we have to do when it is time to buy a house.
We will first have to look AND agree on the house we want and then we need to look into all the mortgage lenders out there and decide which one is best for us. I am sure if you have bought a house you understand.
I know it will be worth it in the end though=)

It seems intimidating but really it isn't... and if you have a good mortgage broker they can find the best mortgage deal for you, so you don't have to shop around... We went with State Farm (not through a mortgage broker) and were told they had the lowest closing costs of any bank our realtor had ever seen.
