I really feel so good right now I could jump up and down. I recently started taking a supplement my friend is selling and has been taking for some months now. It helps with a lot of different stuff, like anti inflamation, helps cardiovascular health, helps to maintain good blood glucose and cholesterol, and it is a goodjoint supplements as well. Ive been on it a bit over a week and have had much better energy levels, and less joint pain (which comes and goes anyway, so we will see how it helps long term).
Better go finish my workout before my heart rate goes back to normal.

Good for you, Donna! I love the feeling of working out ... well the endorphin part, not the soreness. But I have learned to appreciate the soreness as a signal that I have worked the muscles so that they will get stronger, leaner, healthier!
