Kids are done with school so now I have to lug them with me...childcare is cheap, but will I do it or will I not? UGGGG If I could only find how to reduce belly fat Id be so happy.
I guess the real way is to stay in the gym and watch my eating...which is the hardest part...once I get to the gym I can workout all day, but then when I get home I am super hungry...oh the struggle. I know your sick of hearing about it...not obsessed with it, just want this so bad, and I can taste it and it makes it so much harder to wait for the results.

That is my problem too. I can workout several times a day(which I'm finding myself doing) but I LOVE to eat. And I love to eat things that are not so good for you. It is a struggle, if only willpower came easier!
Hello my beautiful granddaughters, I am so proud of both of you! I think I have finally found the key to my own weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds this year, and now I'm working on the next 10. It is a combination of diet and exercise. The number one rule is to have something healthy and balanced protein/carbs ready to eat as soon as you finish your exercise routine. Eat it within 1/2 hour of walking out the door of the gym. The easiest for me is a power bar, I like Zone Perfect. Even though it has sugar and tastes like you are eating a candy bar, it has the balance that I need to get me home. I'll post more about it on my own blog.
