28

No it is not my birthday. That was a few months ago. But I realized a few things in my deep thoughts lately.

I am 28 and...

I will never experience having my first child again, that experience is almost 9 years past.
(What an awesome experience it was, and growing further and further blurry in my head).
Soon I won't even be able to pick up my 2nd baby, more than half my height and 32 pounds.
Soon I will encounter a whole new part of my life. A mom with all her kids in school.
Soon I will be married for 9 years, then 10, and so on...
Soon I will see grown-ups, I last saw 10 years ago, still kids in most ways.
Soon I want to find new parts of my destiny.
Soon I WILL be more like Him.
Soon I WILL learn to be a better mom
a better wife
a better friend
a better me
Soon the shadows will be gone.

A few thoughts!

Rotten, moldy banana bread smells terrible.
Trust me on that one.

Fresh Air

This warmer weather just teases me. I am already feeling the gloominess of the winter upon us. I took the kids and we went outside today. The crisp, cheek cooling air was wonderful. Now I am inside again, reminded of the summer past, and the winter to come. I feel like I wasted my summer inside, or being too busy, I am having a hard time remembering what we did this summer. Did I let the kids swim enough? Did I do enough fun stuff with the kids this summer? Did I make the most of the beautiful warmth? Did I take care of my yard enough? Did I relax enough? I just cannot remember.

I envy the southern life, but I sure would miss the beauty of the trees.
I want to be rich, so I can have two homes, that I can choose between
Actually I would just like one home that is ours.
Until then Josh and I will live the life He has for us, trying not to complain, trying to take it all in and enjoy every moment that we DO have.

Had 3 plans this week, tommorow is Thursday, non have worked out yet=(

Thaksgiving is upon us too,and Christmas. I read a blog today and she had seen a blog where the Christian women were trying to figure out how to keep Christ the center of Christmas.
I am not sure I am looking forward tot he holidays=(
I just want to go away.
Why is it I feel I have to go away to enjoy the hoilidays?
Blah, just don't want to think or talk about it.

Exciting= Saturday, Nov 11= 6 years of happiness with my Josh
Going away for the night, not sure where
just somewhere

Guess I should go make something to nourish our bodies!
